We are hiring Direct Support Professionals IMMEDIATELY

Starting at $23/hour- increases depending on shift, experience and qualifications

Hiring Direct Support Professionals- Full Time- Part Time- ALL SHIFTS

Our ideal candidate will:

• Must have a patience, desire and motivation to help client reach their fullest potential.

• Have a strong desire to create long-term relationships with the client, their family and the community

• Understand presuming competence

• Be willing to work along side and assist client in activities of daily living, hobbies and volunteer opportunities, not just watch

• Be an active person who likes to be "on the go"

• Understand how to read an ISP and implement it

• View this position as not just a job but a way of life that is rewarding and fulfilling.

Responsibilities

• Must read and follow goals and instructions put forth in the individuals ISP

• Helping guide him with activities of daily living (some examples are personal care, meals, giving medication).

• Assist with hobbies, jobs or volunteer positions. (This means working along side him not just watching)

• General housekeeping tasks and meal preparation when needed

• Transportation

• Be willing and responsible to record copious and detailed notes at the completion of shift

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and excellent driving record

• Verifiable High School diploma.

• Must be fluent in the English language

• Experience as a DSP, paraprofessional, 1:1 aide or similar with neurodivergent adults
